What exactly is focus and concentration in sport? Why do so many people have difficulty with keeping their eye on the ball? We've all had the experience of hitting the ball and realizing after the bad shot that our mind was somewhere else. Mental Focus is a skill, and can be developed through the right kind of practice. In this interactive and practical workshop participants learn how to recognize and develop four distinctly different types of focus. Practicing and building this focus will help you play better golf, tennis, or any other sport which requires focus.

The structure of your thought patterns determines how you feel about yourself, and those influence your performance. In this interactive presentation, participants learn how every thought, idea, and feeling make actual changes in one's body, and how the negative one's make negative changes. Find out how negative mental structures are maintained. Participants learn to recognize maladaptive approaches to sport and how to create confidence in themselves and in each shot.
